LOVE ELEPHANTS?
We URGENTLY need Volunteers at Hutsadin Elephant Foundation in Hua Hin for Saturday and Sunday mornings (9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.)
We just need reliable, regular volunteers that live in the Hua Hin area.
WHAT IS INVOLVED?
All kinds of help is needed; there is some dirty work like cleaning and chopping up of banana trees, but it’s mainly showing visitors around the premises and introducing them to all the elephants, or taking them on guided walks with an elephant (Mahout will always be present). We also do education talks, but this is only for volunteers that really feel comfortable in a teaching type of role.
RESTRICTIONS
For safety reasons ALL Volunteers must be at least 18 years old. We need LONG TERM, regular Volunteers on SATURDAY and/or SUNDAY mornings.
FULL TRAINING IS GIVEN
Inductions will be on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 9am-1pm
After that you will have an experienced buddy volunteer with you until you learn the ropes.
